Terms for a useful home record.

These product terms apply to Berg Home Ledger from Berg App LLC and supplement the existing Berg App Terms for this separate beta. Read these terms and the privacy notice before creating an account. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Eligibility and account access

You must be an adult legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to provide the records you enter. Keep your owner and connector keys private. The beta does not offer email-based account recovery. Keys expire and must be replaced before expiry to retain access. Do not give the owner key to an agent or another person.

What the service does

The service stores user-provided equipment facts and maintenance records and calculates dates from your chosen intervals. You are responsible for checking facts, dates and manufacturer guidance. The service does not inspect equipment, verify warranty coverage, recommend safe maintenance intervals, diagnose problems or provide emergency assistance. A clear due list does not mean your home is safe. No automatic reminders are promised.

Content and acceptable use

You retain your content. You grant Berg permission to process it to operate, protect and support the service. Do not submit unlawful content, secrets, child information or data you are not authorized to share; misuse credentials; bypass limits; interfere with other accounts; or attempt to exploit the service.

Beta limits and availability

The limited beta is free with no payment details required. Account and rate limits are published in the guide. Features and limits may change, and interruptions may occur. Keep an export of important records. No paid conversion happens automatically; future paid plans would require a separate explicit choice.

External services

Muse and other services you choose have their own terms. Berg is not Meta and does not imply approval, endorsement or guaranteed availability of the connector in a directory. Disconnecting Muse does not delete your Berg ledger; use Account for deletion.

Disclaimers and ending use

The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Existing Berg terms address liability and disputes; nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived. You may export and delete your account. Berg may limit access for abuse or service protection. Contact support for assistance.
